The Heartland Point of Sale (POS) Product Management team is looking for a summer intern to participate in research and discovery related to the Heartland Restaurant POS product suite. This may include validating and updating existing product documentation, researching and documenting new products and integrations, analyzing customer feedback, and performing competitive landscape analysis.

What will you be doing?

• Researching and organizing new products, features and integration-related data.

• Collecting intelligence & gaining insight from websites, products & campaigns

• Feedback collection and creating surveys.

• Creating or updating existing documentation of collected data.

• Working together with an agile software development team.

• Propose recommendations in a presentation for Heartland leadership.

What are the requirements?

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Must have proficiency with G-Suite tools

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• This role will be located in OKC, OK or Jeffersonville, IN
