We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to be part of our Laboratory Products sales team. This team serves many industries with a focus on the Life Sciences and Nanotechnology markets.

· Understand the needs and goals of potential clients and use that information to educate the client on which product will best meet their needs.

· Follow up on customer sales leads, provide product specifications and sales quotations.

· Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with new and existing customers and distributors.

· Provide technical product support to end users and distributors.

· Work closely with sales, engineering, marketing and production to ensure project goals are met.

· Support the laboratory instruments team in developing new products, markets and applications for ultrasonic liquid processing equipment.

· Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote sales of laboratory equipment.

· Organize and participate in promotional events and industry trade shows.

· You have at least 3 years of relevant technical product or laboratory device project management/sales experience in the Life Sciences or related field.

· Exposure to a laboratory/technical environment or technical/laboratory device knowledge specifically in Genomics, Biology, Chemistry, Nanotechnology and/or Pharmaceutical industry would be ideal.

• Your ability to understand and discuss technical concepts allows you to educate and interact with customers, prospects, and distributors with ease.
• As you are self-motivated and organized, you can handle multiple projects and tasks concurrently, and you possess a driven work ethic to problem solve.
