Overview: Fusion Medical Staffing is searching for a motivated and passionate Product Manager to join our growing team. This position is specific to Fusion Marketplace (www.fusionmarketplace.com) and has the primary responsibility for ensuring the vision, strategy, and goals of this product are met. You will serve as the voice of the customer and will interact with end users frequently to understand pain points and areas we can build and deliver customer value. You will work closely with the Business Analyst and Delivery Manager to ensure features prioritized by the Product Manager are moving throughout the delivery process.

Essential Functions

  • Have a deep understanding of the market and serve as the voice of the customer
  • Identify problems that need to be solved to help shape the strategic roadmap.
  • Study the product data available to understand and recognize patterns and suggest changes as needed
  • Create, prioritize and own the feature level roadmap
  • Clearly articulate the customer problem/need with each outlined feature
  • Build relationships with individuals and teams throughout the company.
  • Evaluate competitors and stay abreast with industry trends
  • Determine MVP of large projects to ensure value is being delivered as quickly as possible.
  • Ensures proper communication is had with all necessary departments to ensure successful training and rollout of new features

Work Environment

This job operates as a hybrid position in an office and/or remote environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment, such as a phone, headset, calculator, copier, and printer

Position Type/Expected hours worked

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST (flexible start/end times with manager discretion). Regular and punctual attendance is required


Required Education and Experience

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Product Manager in an Agile environment

  • An understanding of agile principles and the openness to coaching on agile principles
  • A business background, with the ability to work with technologically savvy people
  • Examples of successes and failures managing a product


Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years previous experience in similar role
  • Experience working in a technology environment
  • Some technical background
