Directs the assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, communication and leadership to address the physical therapy needs of patients as well as foster working relationships among professionals and ancillary staff. The physical therapist may serve infants, children, adolescents, adults and senior clients.

Essential Functions:
1. Provides direct patient care, evaluates functional needs and outcomes, consults with other professionals as necessary, reassesses patient status and adjusts care plan as needed to ensure optimal outcome.
2. Designs and implements a plan of care based on evaluation of patient status.
3. Conducts provision of therapy within accepted standards of care and in accordance with state physical therapy laws.
4. Provides physical therapy in outpatient clinic setting as assigned.
Minimum Education: Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association. Master’s degree in related field preferred.
Minimum Experience: One year physical therapy experience.
Licenses/Registrations:
Current license or eligibility for license to practice physical therapy by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Affairs (DORA).
CPR CertificationCurrent professional liability insurance in accordance with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agency rules.
