Consults with operators and maintenance personnel for advice and clarification. Communicates regularly with Incidents, duration, and frequency to identify Root

Active CPA license or plan to obtain a CPA license. Should have a good understanding of depreciation and fixed asset allocations, allowable business deductions

Experience as legal assistant or receptionist (strongly preferred but not required depending on other experience). Answer and direct phone calls.

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices. SHRM or other HR certification preferred.
