Job Description:

This job involves handling complex inquiries from customers for commercial off-set and digital print jobs in a professional and knowledgeable manner. The expectation is that you will do your best to meet our customers printing needs. Work hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm with appropriate paid lunch and breaks, Monday through Friday. Generous benefit package, paid vacation, performance bonuses.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Primary duties include, but are not limited to: preparing job estimates, order processing, purchasing of paper and arranging for outside finishing services, co-ordination of shipping and/or delivery of finished print jobs, following up on quality concerns, and billing of completed jobs.
  • Communicating politely and professionally with customers by email, telephone, letter, or face to face.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely records of correspondence or discussions with customers.
  • Working with account executives on printing jobs they obtain, and working with printing brokers to complete commercial printing jobs they submit for processing.
  • Handling customer complaints or major incidents or misunderstandings.
  • Issuing compensations or refunds to customers if needed.
  • Providing advice and help to customers in using the products or services of the organization to their best advantage to produce their desired result.
  • Being aware of new products, equipment, capabilities and services of the organization, and following up with modifications to internal procedures to accommodate such changes.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business or Management in related field from an accredited institution.
  • OR , experience in commercial printing customer service related activities for 3 years or more.
  • Good communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Willingness to learn new computer software systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
