Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant.
  • Be the first to assist with classroom support
  • Manage the billing process to insure accuracy and timeliness of payments
  • Be the first contact at the door or on the phone by insuring everyone feels welcome at the school
  • Order all materials/supplies needed for the operation of the school
  • Manage and update the school Facebook and internet page to highlight everything going on within our school
  • Submit forms for all scholarships our families at the school receive
  • Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the Director
Our ideal candidate has:
  • Has at least 3 years of experience in a Licensed Preschool environment
  • A strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community.
