About Us: Playful Learning Pediatric Therapy is seeking a full time Physical Therapists for our Wasilla location. Dynamic individuals interested in working with children birth to 18 years old in a clinic-based setting are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities:

  • Required skills include developmental handling and knowledge related to development in both gross motor milestones and motor coordination in a pediatric clinic-based setting.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills are also required throughout this process.
  • Conducts evaluations consistent with and appropriate for patient diagnosis.
  • Designs a treatment plan that is goal oriented based upon interpretation of evaluation results and patient’s personal goals.
  • Establishes goals that are functional, measurable and attainable.
  • Performs re-evaluations per department criteria with modifications/updating of goals as dictated by patient’s progress.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy school.
  • Alaska licensed or eligible for Alaska licensure.
  • Required 1-2 years of pediatric experience.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $101,000.00 per year
