Pediatric Physical Therapist

Pam Manser & Associates is a dynamic speech pathology, occupational and physical therapy private practice in the Lake Norman areas of Mooresville and Denver, NC. We are seeking a build-to-full time, hourly or fee-for-service, NC licensed, or eligible, physical therapist to serve in our Mooresville clinic.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment by following policies and procedures of Pam Manser & Associates

Provide evaluation in a clinic setting with a variety of diagnoses in pediatrics

Establish client-centered treatment plans and formulate goals

Provide physical therapy treatments and complete all necessary documentation per practice policy

Perform treatments as indicated by a patient’s condition and status

Communicate with physicians, patients, and patients' families

Possess the disposition and personality to work harmoniously with a wide variety of patients and professionals

Provide information to other allied/medical health professionals regarding patient’s progress, needs, and discharge plans

Communicate with social and community groups, professional and educational organizations and case managers

Instruct patient and family in an appropriate manner with exercises to continue at home and provide written material as reference

Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of equipment, supplies and therapy space

Demonstrate a high level of customer service, teamwork, professionalism, and confidentiality

Accept other duties and assignments within his/her scope of knowledge, skills, and ability

Demonstrate absolute integrity and use of good judgment to handle professional and confidential material and situations

Adapt to changing organizational needs

Meet physical demands of light lifting, pushing, pulling and assisting patients in exercises, mobility and transfers

Qualifications and Experience:

NC license or eligibility

1+ years pediatric experience preferred, but NEW GRADS welcome to apply

Pay: Up to $83,000.00 per year
