Who We Are:
Sprouts Therapy, LLC is a pediatric habilitation program offering intensive occupational, speech, physical and feeding therapy on the island of O'ahu. We provide brain, motor and sensory-based treatment promoting independence, community integration, fine/gross motor skill development, communication and social skill development.

Our therapist-operated clinic employs a brilliant group of individuals committed to providing the highest quality of therapy to children with a variety of disabilities and needs. Sprouts Therapy provides evaluations and treatment for children of all ages with the following:

Occupational Therapy:

Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Sensory Processing Disorder, Emotional Regulation Difficulties, Learning Disabilities/ Dyslexia, Delayed Milestones In Childhood, Visual Motor Difficulties, Ocular Motor and Functional Vision difficulties, Lack of Coordination, Muscle Weakness, Fine Motor Delay, Cognitive Deficit in Executive Functioning, Gross Motor Delay, Auditory Processing Disorder, Global Developmental Delay

Feeding Therapy:

Autism, Feeding Difficulties, Dysphagia, Parageusia, Oral Motor Delay

Sprouts Therapy provides evaluations and treatment for children of all ages with the following:

Ideal Candidate:

• Punctual and consistent team player able to arrive to meetings and shifts on time.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess client habilitative programs
• Convey treatment results and progress to relevant parties
• Individual evaluations and assessments
• Timely documentation and billing
• Organize and update client records
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment

The ideal candidate will perform therapy with a play-based approach, incorporating movement and gym activities into their therapy strategies. Experience with SOS Approach to Feeding, Floor-time Approach, Sensory Integration, Primitive Reflexes or other pediatric specialties highly preferred.

Qualifications:

• OTR License Required
• Current Certificate with NBCOT
• OTR- ability to perform evaluations/assessments and documentation
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 year pediatric experience
• Experience with Autism in a pediatric population a plus

For the FULL-time position:

• Tuesday-Saturday schedule
• 35-40 hours of available treatment sessions/week (cancellations will be used for doc time/evaluation write-ups)

For the PART-time or Per Diem position:

• After School/Saturdays- We need assistance during after school Tues, Wed,Thur, Friday (between 3-7pm) and all Saturday times
• Tues- Friday Day Time Shifts

Compensation and Benefits Include:

• Pay rate based on experience
• Yearly $1000 Continuing Education Reimbursement- pro rated first year based on hire date
• Group Health & Vision Insurance- Fully paid by Employer
• Initial application for Hawaii License paid by Employer
