The position consists of assisting with patient care, but also performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure everything in the office is running smoothly throughout the work day. Attention to detail is important.

★ Checking patients in and out

★ Scheduling appointments

★ Looking over schedule to correct mistakes in advance

★ Handling patient payments for co-pays & discussing medical bills

★ Verifying insurance benefits

★ Answer multi line phone and handling patient needs

★ Obtaining prior authorization for patient care

★ Medical Record management & requests

★ Referral Processing

★ Patient Therapies & Preparing patients for treatment

★ Medical Assisting to Providers in clinic

★ Laundry & light cleaning

The position requires undergoing online training of 40 hours to obtain a CTA certificate, in combination as on the job training. It must be completed with one year of employment.

We are hiring for a full time position.

》》Must have experience with working with people, preferably in an office or a medical office environment.

》》Experience with scheduling preferred, but not required.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
