Customer Service Representative- Parts Counter

Having at least one-year of experience in customer service or retail sales with solid product knowledge of equipment used in agriculture, construction, homeowners, commercial maintenance, contractors, and municipalities for any outdoor use is a plus. Prior dealership or parts counter experience is ideal. Product lines include Kubota, Gehl, Exmark, Polaris, Befco, Land Pride, Schulte and Bush Hog. The candidate must possess strong computer, phone, keyboarding skills and be a team player.

Customer Service Representative Job Purpose: Serves customers by helping them with their replacement part needs to ensure repeat business.

Customer Service Representative Job Duties:

· Exceeds customer’s expectations by fulfilling orders from start to finish quickly and accurately.

· Resolves customer issues with timely solutions and communication.

· Contributes to team effort by achieving parts team goals.

Skills/Qualifications: Customer Service, Computer, Phone, and Product Knowledge.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
