SUMMARY

The Parts Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering parts to the customer’s location in an efficient manner. In addition, the Parts Delivery Driver assists the customers with their parts order and core returns ensuring Trivista’s customer service objectives are met.

Delivery Duties:

• Delivers products to customers utilizing provided equipment.
• Accurately tracks deliveries to customers by electronic signature as proof of delivery.
• Accurately tracks returns from customers utilizing provided return book coding to identify reason for the return.
• Coordinates with parts sales managers to expand service to customers
• Assists in the preparation of vendor parts returns ensuring all documentation is complete.
• Assists as needed in warehouse to pull and package customer orders for delivery.
• Assists in the preparation of core returns to proper vendors.
• Packaging, inspecting and ensuring completion of all necessary documentation.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area according to Company policies
• Operates all company vehicles in a safe and courteous manner
• Assists in the physical inventory of the Parts Department.

Customer Duties:

• Greets all customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Relays customer requests and complaints to Sales manager for that account or Supervisor as needed.
• Acquire authorization and/or purchase order as needed for billing purposes.
