Paramedic & Phlebotomist needed to join ARCpoint Labs of the Palm Beaches, and independently owned franchised business of America's premier drug testing company, ARCpoint Franchise Group, LLC. Looking to staff our West Palm Beach & Delray locations.

The Paramedic or Phlebotomist is responsible for managing and implementing all aspects of client services they are legally qualified to handle. Oversees client services and performs daily lab duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform vaccinations (Paramedic)
• Perform drug screenings
• Administer IV's and mix infusion bags (Paramedic)
• Employee performs routine testing in a medical laboratory and maintains records.
• Performs nasal swabbing for COVID testing
• Performs venipunctures/phlebotomy for clinical tests
• Performs processing of specimens.
• Plants routine microbiology specimens.
• Performs routine tests and some specialized tests.
• Maintains quality control of specimen samples.
• Operates standard laboratory equipment and some specialized equipment.
• Reviews and processes orders for laboratory procedures for patients.
• Records testing information and files laboratory reports. Inventories laboratory and office supplies.
• Communicates patient and laboratory information.
• Maintains a safe environment in the laboratory.
• Assists in writing descriptions of routines necessary to perform tests.
• Support the goals of the department in achieving utmost dependability and accuracy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a medical setting, 3 years preferred
• Paramedic License Or Phlebotomy Certificate
• Experience with IV Therapy (Preferred)
• Capable of operating with minimal oversight
• Willing to work around COVID-19.
• Willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
