-必要时协调团队工作,包括日程安排和时间管理等

-协助收款/销售/仓库部门日常工作

-处理信用卡收款

-打印每日销售发票,并根据要求通过邮件、信件或EDI向客户发送发票

-编制每日销售报告和收款报告

-输入员工请假记录,并及时向公司管理层汇报

-负责中英文口头和书面翻译

-确保工作环境安全合规

-确保办公室安全系统正常工作

-与服务商联络确保例行维护和服务工作正常进行

-安排会议并做会议记录

-整理、归档销售和财务等文件

-购买、存放和管理办公用品

-安排办公室工作和筹划公司活动

-维护和更新文件模板,确保程序手册符合当前要求

-管理软件和硬件

-管理人力资源,包括招聘、员工手册、新员工入职培训及员工考核等

-完成临时交办的各项工作任务

总裁助理:

成功的候选人将作为总裁的助理,积极迎接和管理挑战,管理多方面的事务并按优先顺序处理,高效地工作的同时能灵活处理任务和安排工作时间

-加强内部组织系统和流程管理

-代表总裁处理通信事宜,确保管理层与员工之间的沟通和理解无误

-及时、准确和完整地传达公司管理层的指示,并及时反馈员工的各种问题

-翻译文件和报告并及时向总裁汇报

-归纳整理工作文件及详解工作内容

-计划、管理和协调总裁的时间表

-协助制定、贯彻和落实公司发展计划及各阶段工作目标

-跟踪公司经营目标达成情况,提供分析意见及改进建议

-负责管理工作和项目

-在快节奏的环境中按时按质出色完成工作

-经常性以高度谨慎的态度妥善管理敏感和机密信息

-撰写和编辑信函,格式化、编辑、校对和调整文件,如演示文稿、提案和合同等

-在团队环境中协调和提供行政支持,高效地完成工作

-完成临时交办的各项工作任务

具备以下条件者将获优先考虑:

-大学本科学历

-有销售背景

-熟练的中英文口头和书面翻译技巧

-高超的组织能力

-精通Microsoft Office (Word、Excel、PowerPoint), 有编制高质量报告、 演示文档和其他文件的经验

-能够高效率地独立工作和与团队一起工作

-能妥善处理机密事项

-能够独立完成项目,并能在主管不在时预测和解决问题

-果断、有创造力和创新精神及决策能力

-有与高级管理人员一起工作过的经验

Salary: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
