Job Description :

We are a general contracting company seeking a qualified candidate that is highly organized, hardworking, and willing to learn. The position is mostly in an office setting but on occasion requires project site visits in a company vehicle.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answer all phone calls and route them appropriately. Return voicemails as soon as possible.
  • Maintain appropriate electronic filing of all project documents: contracts, correspondence, etc.
  • Assist with all aspects of project permitting.
  • Assist Operations Manager with obtaining estimates from subcontractors based on project.
  • Provides administrative support to project managers and staff.
  • Assist with Accounting functions. QuickBooks experience required.
  • Potential client status updates weekly.
  • Organizing company cloud files, and hard copies.
  • Managing company calendars.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver’s license required.
  • Bachelor or associate's degree required.
  • Must have good communication skills and ability to motivate others.
  • Strong written and technical skills preferred. (business grammar, email, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Must be willing to learn.
  • Construction knowledge is not required, but would be beneficial.
  • Must be self motivated, organized and clean. (extremely important).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, which include the ability to proofread, etiquette, appropriate punctuation, and grammar. Attention to detail is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
