We are assisting our client to find someone to fill a 13-week travel job, covering the Medford area with a patient load of 50-60 for the home care team.

Job Details:
Equipment Utilized: laptop for documentation-EPIC UMR, Cell phone for GPS and communication.
Guaranteed Hours per Week: 40
Shift Requirements: M-F 8 hour days
13-week assignment
Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist

Provide quality occupational therapy services.
Evaluate and assess your patients to establish functional, measurable goals that promote restoration of functional abilities.
Realize your own potential to achieve your goals and overall excellence.
Advise and consult with the family and/or other caregivers as indicated to promote the client's level of progress toward mutually agreed upon goals and plan for discharge.
Participate in educating the client and the family or other caregivers to promote the client's progress toward mutually agreed upon goals.

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist

Minimum Experience: Home Health experience preferred, training working with the adult/geriatric population with a variety of orthopedic, neurological and functional mobility diagnosis.
Required Certifications: WI State OT license, BLS, Bachelors Degree in occupational therapy.
COVID Vaccine required
EPIC Charting Experience preferred
Ability to work effectively with clients and to work cooperatively with others
Provide a quality customer service focus and an enthusiastic attitude

Compensation of the Home Health Occupational Therapist

$54 - $59 per hour based on experience, benefit level and traveler status.*
