Middletown FamilyCare has served Middletown and the surrounding communities for two decades. Some of the many services we provide include primary medical care, preventive medicine, physicals and immunizations, treatment of acute & chronic conditions, and minor surgeries using CO2 laser.

Our facilities are owner-operated within an office park that includes lab services, imaging, physical therapy, and many medical and surgical specialties.
