Internal Medicine – Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Opportunity

Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a full time, certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Internal Medicine.

Location: Santa Clara, CA

· 6 months related clinical experience

· Current California State NP or PA License

· CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only)

· Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)

· Nurse Practitioner furnishing number of NP’s

· Active DEA registration
