Receive and direct incoming calls, take reliable messages, and route to appropriate staff. Under direct supervision provide reception and clerical assistance

Leave appropriate room has been cleaned cards & patient packets (one on over bed table & disinfect the room is clean notice on the door).

During the event assist the guest with taking photos and capturing some behind the scenes photos of the event. We can be flexible with schedule.

Role operates primarily a professional office environment, but requires conducting business at manufacturing locations and job sites where the conditions

Class C drivers license with a clean driving record. Valid Class C (passenger vehicle) drivers license with a clean driving record.
