Neurosurgical Advanced Practice Provider

Join our growing hospital based Neurosurgical practice in this days-only clinical position with no weekends and no call! Based primarily in our outpatient clinic, you’ll work as an autonomous Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant supported by RN and MA staff onsite and another 20 APPs offsite. With your own panel of patients, you’ll support 8 surgeons from multiple facilities doing new patient consults and post-operative follow ups. While most of your time will be spent in the clinic, you may be asked to do the occasional inpatient consult, those with experience in the OR may also spend time first assisting. We offer a flexible schedule of 4 10s Tuesday – Friday and also have opportunities for picking up extra shifts for those interested.

Compensation:
$105,000 - $148,000
$10,000 relocation allowance
$3,000 CME allowance + DEA and license paid

4 10s, 8:00 – 4:30pm
Tuesday – Friday

Responsibilities:
1-2 inpatient consults per day
8-12 clinic patients per day
New patient consults
Follow up clinic visits
Post-operative checks

Requirements:
Neurosurgical or orthopedic spine experience is required
Minimum 3 years of experience is required
BLS, ACLS, NIH stroke certifications are required
Both Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants considered#IND1
