We're looking for a Business Analyst with strong federal government experience, to join our System Engineering and Technical Advisory (SETA) Team at Konvivial. If at your core you love analysis, unearthing root causes, and decoding challenges leading to elegant solutions that help our clients succeed.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant experience, and must have the following certifications:

  • Six Sigma certification (Green belt; min)
  • Analysis or Analytics Certification (at least one): Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PBA), IIBA Business Analysis Certification and/or equivalent certifications

The successful candidate will also be responsible for analyzing new and existing business processes, deriving insights from the data, and developing recommendations that inform effective implementation of a large scale Human Resource (HR) digital modernization initiative. Additionally, the ideal teammate will have experience supporting large scale cloud-based software implementations, is comfortable working in an agile, collaborative, and "highly-visibility" project focused environment, and will be committed to helping our client develop solutions to maximize efficiency and expected outcomes.

You...are confident with your experience and can describe with sufficient detail your experience. You are passionate about the latest industry trends and innovations occurring in web-based software, and are highly knowledgeable in business process analysis and modeling, which are essential in implementing various low or no-code software solutions.

You're curious, analytical, and customer focused. You enjoy working on projects that focus on understanding customers' needs and translating those needs from product specifications into functional, production ready capability. Ultimately, you want to ensure that any digitial modernization initiative achieves its intended objectives and goals.

You love learning. For you, business analytics is an ever-evolving effort. You enjoy playing with new tech and exploring areas that you might not have experience with yet. You are self-driven, a self-learner willing to share knowledge and participate actively in your community. You are knowledgeable in modern data and workflow analysis, design patterns and agile software development processes (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

You understand and appreciate that having overlap with your team is critical when working in a global, and sometimes remote environment/team.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
