Position Summary
A team-based approach to providing outstanding patient care. Teams are responsible for
delivering excellent, high-touch primary care, and coordinating the care of our patients.
Essential Functions
● Performs routine clerical functions as required,
1. streamline patient traffic
2. maintain scheduling calendars for patients as well as our providers
3. data input
4. facilitate communication over phone and in person
5. complete daily assignments in a timely manner
6. monitor faxes
7. maintain both incoming and outgoing mail
8. checking insurance eligibility
9. collect and post co-pays or other monies
10. collects drug tests and administers them
● Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
● High school or equivalent,
● Medical office experience: 2 years (Preferred)
● Strong phone, computer, and communications skills
● Knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Proficiency
● General knowledge of medical terminology/procedures
Working Conditions
● Standing and walking for prolonged periods of time. Physical demands include
periods of sitting, some bending, stooping, and stretching. Use of the telephone,
computer and other related instruments or devices while communicating with
patients, caregivers, physicians, and staff. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
