Handles all customer orders from order entry through shipment of orders. Responsible for order entry and/or maintenance for assigned accounts.

Calibration through the use of engine/chassis dyno testing, truck testing, and field test data analysis in MATLAB and Excel.

Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
