Job Summary*
The Marketing Manager plays a key role in in the planning, designing, and execution of marketing campaigns and projects.

Duties & Responsibilities*

  • Works closely with Director of Marketing and other department heads
  • Responsible for implementing an innovative and engaging brand strategy
  • Coordinates marketing strategies internally and externally with supporting vendors
  • Provides graphic design and video editing support as needed
  • Researches and discovers new marketing strategies, technologies, and opportunities
  • Ensure that marketing activities meet brand guidelines and are delivered within budget
  • Identifies, secures, and nurtures agency partnerships
  • Create compelling marketing offers and materials
  • Manage technical aspects of critical marketing systems (such as marketing automation, CRM, and social media paid campaigns)
  • Analyzes marketing sales data for competitive insights and opportunities
  • Creates and shares reports detailing the effectiveness of marketing efforts and ROI
  • Prioritized efforts to meet deadlines and goals
  • Plans community outreach activities, internal events, and other events in conjunction with vendor partners
  • Manages marketing across various verticals and platforms

  • Generally, Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM; flexibility required for special events and marketing initiatives which will frequently occur at nights and on weekends.
