MARKETING MANAGER

Fast-paced Commercial Real Estate Company seeks to hire a Marketing Manager who will be in charge of leading the Company's marketing efforts. A successful hire will be responsible for providing guidance to Company Directors and Sales Associates by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, producing all marketing materials and content, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to Company staff and clients, and building awareness and positioning for the Company's brand.

To be considered for this position, a successful hire will need a bachelor's degree in business, marketing or communications or a minimum of three years proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role. A successful hire will also need to have proven experience in producing and running marketing campaigns of every kind and nature, including online campaigns. High competency in project and client management is a huge advantage.

Day-to-Day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Overseeing all of the Company’s marketing efforts.
  • Evaluating and developing marketing strategies and marketing plans.
  • Planning, directing, coordinating and communicating the marketing efforts and plans.
  • Developing and managing advertising campaigns and promotions.
  • Building brand awareness and positioning.
  • Overseeing the Company’s website, social media marketing campaigns and strategies and content marketing.
  • Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
  • Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.
  • Researching demand for the all properties included in the Company’s Property Portfolio, along with real estate services offered by the Company.
  • Competitor research.
  • Working with Directors and Sales Associates to develop marketing strategies in order to maximize profits and market share while balancing client satisfaction.
  • Identifying potential clients and properties that meet client expectations.
  • Compiling lists describing (i) the Company’s Property Portfolio and (ii) available properties in the target marketplace that meet the criteria of the Company’s clients, not otherwise included in the Company’s Property Portfolio.
  • Organizing Directors and Sales Associates’ attendance at trade industry conferences, trade shows and major events.

Marketing Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field, or a minimum of three years proven experience as a Marketing Manager, or similar role with emphasis on campaign and content development.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Strong drive for results.
  • Ability to analyze problems and create a solution.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Professional and proactive work ethic.
  • High competence in project and client management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with a wide-range of digital marketing forms and platforms, such as social media marketing and content marketing.
  • Competency in all Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as marketing campaign design software applications, including Adobe InDesign CC, Adobe Illustrator CC, Scibus, Inkscape, Canva, Microsoft Publisher, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.
  • SEO and PPC experience preferred.
  • Must have, or be willing to obtain, an Arizona Real Estate Salesperson License and there is an opportunity to segue into related Company services, including, but not limited to property management.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Company, not otherwise the direct responsibility of the Marketing Manager, which will include, but not be limited to, property management, client communications, answering and directing multi-line phone calls, etc.
  • Salary commensurate with experience, healthcare benefits, 401K plan and vacation/sick leave schedule included.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
