HR Advantage is seeking a dynamic Marketing Director on behalf of a Springfield-based client employer.

This role will lead Sales & Marketing initiatives which have a significant impact on company performance by creating and guiding functions such as: digital presence, brand management, customer development, company branding, partner marketing, social media, communications, and public relations.

The Marketing Director will be a results-driven, sales focused leader with a strong record of revenue generation. They will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective sales & marketing strategy with the marketing team and will partner, strategize, and collaborate with the sales, store team and product manufacturers to develop programs and initiatives that generate revenue.
