We’re actively seeking a Marketing Coordinator in our Marketing department that will promote our products and ultimately contribute to our mission of working with our family of customers to provide the very best products and support while creating a successful long-term partnership.

This Full-Time position is based in AMTELCO’s McFarland, WI office and reports to our Marketing Manager. Determined by your manager, the benefit of a hybrid workplace model occurs at different times for each employee based on job performance.

How will I make an impact?

• Write and design concise, engaging content for:
• ~ Brochures, flyers, and ads
• ~ E-mail campaigns for customers and prospects
• ~ Social media
• ~ Landing pages
• ~ Websites and blog posts
• ~ Trade show graphics
• Collaborate with the marketing team and additional departments to obtain necessary information
• Generate and update multiple lists for campaigns using the HubSpot CRM platform
• Design and create marketing videos
• Work with vendors to obtain pricing and create designs for giveaway items
• Develop strategies to improve marketing efforts
• Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills, exhibiting the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Stay up to date on new and existing content tools and trends
• Complete miscellaneous job duties as assigned
• Contribute to the success of the marketing team, including demonstrating a positive attitude, contributing suggestions for solutions and new ideas, showing an interest in learning, being open to change, and being willing to work both independently and in a group

What does success look like in this role?

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related technical discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator for an advertising or PR agency or other large company with multiple concurrent projects
• Proven ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content for a range of media
• Excellent editing and proofreading skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to take creative direction
• Ability to produce content under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of social media and other digital media formats
• Experience working in a marketing or copywriting position
• Familiar with research, SEO, and related marketing areas
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office 365 preferred
• Familiarity with Mac preferred; knowledge of Keynote is a plus
