As an Advertising Integration Platform DBA team member, you will join an Engineering team responsible for the development and maintenance of databases related to our client’s integration application, which receives, transforms and allows consumption of data between various 3rd parties and our client. The Advertising Integration Platform uses the latest tools, technologies and programming languages and is an integral part of our client’s core mission.

Education and Experience Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience in database administration and/or database architecture with MariaDB and Oracle

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

- Extensive experience with database technologies (Oracle, MySQL/MariaDB, Snowflake, Redis)

- Experience with Linux and Windows Server environments

- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) a plus

- Experience with Agile methodology

- Experience in the Advertising industry is desirable

Skills and Qualifications

- Advanced technical knowledge of MariaDB databases and associated query languages

- Design, install, configure and maintain database systems

- Unix shell scripting skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Conduct research and recommend appropriate strategies and solutions

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

- Effective written and interpersonal communication skills

- Stay current with the latest database technology trends and best practices

Must Have Skills/ Requirements: (Top 3-5 or more)

- Looking for 5-15 years of overall experience

- Oracle and Maria DB (absolutely need both)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
