Ginsburg Advanced Tutoring, LLC is seeking a brilliant new tutor to join it's professional tutoring company!

Established in 2017, Ginsburg Advanced Tutoring is not your traditional test prep company. We are a professional tutoring company providing mastery tutoring for all standardized tests to students with test anxiety and learning disabilities. With the structure of a law firm and high-impact lesson plans and strategies designed by certified teachers, our company has done away with both the group class setting and the unaccountability of tutoring. Instead, we offer you a team of professionals handling your case. In confidential, high-impact 1:1 sessions, we’ll get your score up, ensure you complete your accommodations paperwork if eligible for extra time, and prep your personal statements in time to meet your dream school deadlines. ⠀⠀⠀⠀

Founded by education attorney and certified teacher Shana Ginsburg, Esq., we specialize in standardized test prep strategy, logical reasoning, test taking anxiety relief techniques, and critical reading and writing skills.

Want to joint our growing team? The successful candidate must have:

• an undergraduate degree (JD preferred)
• an LSAT score in the 90th percentile or above
• prior teaching, tutoring or TA experience, especially with students with learning disabilities or test anxiety
• evening and weekend availability
• a great positive work attitude
• a love of teaching others
• strong computer skills
• careful attention to detail

If hired, the successful candidate will:

• be trained to provide LSAT tutoring using Ginsburg Advanced Tutoring's advanced test-taking strategies
• provide 1-on-1 tutoring for clients with anxiety, ADHD, or other learning disabilities

This is a part-time contract-only position. Most tutors work approximately 3-6 hours/week.

Compensation: $55-$65/hr
