Position Summary

Position pay range: $55,600- $69,600 based upon experience

This position is accountable for a dedicated operation, personnel management, and the service of both internal and external customers.

Essential Functions

• Develop operating plans for the assigned operation.
• Serve as point of contact for both internal and external customers regarding issues/questions pertaining to organizational policies.
• Engage with customers to drive growth and enhance relationships.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Ensure that the safety values of the organization are followed
• Assist, support and direct managers.
• Manage, coach, and evaluate staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business or equivalent work experience
• Background in transportation
• Good people skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
