World Distribution Services (WDS) is currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator for our growing warehouse operation in Savannah.

The Logistics Coordinator will plan and coordinate the movement of customers’ goods and merchandise through the facility and provide customer service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

• Inputs Data into Warehouse Management System (Synapse), distributing documentation accordingly
• Provides proactive customer service and supports facility operations
• Monitors inventory levels and identifies and resolves any shortages
• Plans daily production requirements and creates orders to meet customer demand
• Monitors and prioritizes orders to ensure operational efficiency and minimize outbound delays
• Accurately invoices all files
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Excellent MS Excel skills
• Comfortable with managing multiple spreadsheets with large amounts of numbers
• Experience with a WMS similar to Synapse strongly preferred
• Experience working in a warehouse environment preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Customer First Attitude and Strong Team Player
• High School Diploma or GED required
