Following up on many customer-related items (e.g. balance discrepancies, maintenance updates, sales & customer inquiries, introductory calls, etc.).

Performs other duties as needed, such as answering the phone, helping at the front counter, consulting with customers, etc. Able to lift 50 or more pounds.

Employees should understand basic cash register functions and possess the ability to handle money (coins and cash). $10/hr Base Pay. $1/hr Incentive Pay.

The position will have extensive communication with our agents overseas to coordinate successful implementation of packaging guidelines.

Help with the installation, enhancement, upgrading, and repair of equipment. Operate and maintain the voice, video, and data networks.
