The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will provide direct care/counseling to clients such as individual and group therapeutic services. Will be responsible for providing behavioral health consultations including initial evaluations, assessments, treatment plans for both emotional and behavioral problems, crisis intervention and discharge planning.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will coach patients on how to manage ongoing health conditions and provides therapy to help patients make positive behavior changes. Focuses on improving their patients' lives by helping them cope and manage stress they may be facing by listening to their concerns, evaluating course of action and resources resulting in creation of a plan to better help patient manage problems in their lives.
