Carey Counseling Center, Inc is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker's for our Trenton, Union City, Camden and Huntingdon offices.

OVERVIEW:

Provide individual and group therapy services to adults, children and adolescents and completes supporting documentation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work. Current license in Clinical Social Work required. Licensed Professional Counselor's will be considered. Experience in a mental health setting is preferred but not required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provides appropriate clinic services to a client population, age range or diagnostic grouping based upon Best Practices Guidelines and other specified tasks for which the therapist has been assigned.

2. Attends all meetings or other assigned activities designated by the Site Director and completes all appropriate accompanying paperwork.

3. Prepares and maintains all medical/clinical records in accordance with Center quality assurance policies and procedures.

4. Consistently meets productivity expectation that 65% of the standard work week is spent in billable client services.

5. Participants, at a minimum, in one hour of clinical supervision on a weekly basis, or as otherwise directed by the Center.

6. Participates in required training to maintain credentialing status.

7. Demonstrated the ability to develop quality treatment plans.

8. Demonstrates the ability to develop a comprehensive safety/crisis plan.

9. Maintains Mandatory Prescreening Agent status and trains for crisis supervision.

10. Is consistently on time for work and follows Center policies regarding requesting leave from work.

11. Follows all guidelines outlined in the CAREY Policies and Procedures Manual including Corporate Compliance Policies.

12. Is expected to have regular and predictable attendance and the ability to work cooperatively with others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00 per year
