Fox Plumbing was founded 29 years ago as a Commercial plumbing provider. The New Construction Division is experienced in Restaurant, luxury Retail, church, child care facility work with short and long-term projects. We specialize in the complete ground up build out in these areas plus so much more. Almost three decades of specialized plumbing has made us a go to in the Houston and plumbing area.

The ideal candidate is someone with 5+ years of plumbing service experience that wants to move into a service operations manager role in the near future. Duties and Responsibilities

· Schedules, directs and provides technical support for technicians to meet service demands and customers’ expectations.

· Reviews technicians’ work to ensure quality meets established standards, techniques and safety requirements; makes recommendations as requirements to improve quality and productivity.

· Responsible for technicians’ performance appraisals, reviews and for setting improvement goals per company requirements.

· Establishes and maintains a regular training program to ensure that technicians are properly trained on latest service techniques and safety procedures for equipment and general working conditions.

· Communicates regularly with the sales manager on dispatch to ensure that technicians are being scheduled properly by skill level, efficiency and training requirements.

· Ensures that all company/department policies are being followed by all technicians.

· Keeps current with latest training on current products, coordinates technician training and maintains training records to ensure personnel maintain proficiency in preventive maintenance, start-up, trouble-shooting, and repair of supported equipment

· Work hand in hand with the sales manager to develop new sales leads.

· Submit daily times and report any conflicts to sales manager.

· Be a technical back up when needed.

· Work with sales manager and CEO on weekly operation meetings managers to meet company and departmental goals and objectives.

· 3+ Years working as plumbing service technician.

· Microsoft office, excel and common computer skills.

· Hold Journeyman License

· Common knowledge of plumbing systems and how they operate.

· Need to know how to diagnose plumbing problems that a team member would have.

Pay: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour
