Lawn and Garden Sales Professional

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

- Be the face of a down (to) earth organization committed to making people and properties prosper.

- Listen to clients and help meet their needs

- Sell John Deere equipment and value-added solutions such as service packages and extended warranty plans

- Create quotes, trade evaluations, purchase orders, and work order requests

- Actively engage incoming leads

- Learn and maintain knowledge of used equipment values and trends

- Develop an understanding of competitive products

- Leverage Salesforce CRM to log client and marketing data

- Assist with the preparation and execution of marketing campaigns, events and displays

WHAT YOU NEED:

- Associates Degree or 3+ years experience in related field recommended

- General knowledge of lawn and outdoor equipment is helpful but not required

- Basic computer, email and smartphone skills

- Willing to take online training courses and occasionally travel for training

- Work approximately one Saturday per month from 7:30am-12:30pm

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
