Colorburst Landscape & Design LLC is looking for a Landscape Design Assistant to join our team for the 2023 season.

Colorburst Landscape & Design LLC is an Omaha-based company that provides professional design, installation, and maintenance of all phases of landscaping, lighting, pavers, retaining walls, and outdoor fireplaces and kitchens.

Applicants must be able to perform each essential duty or receive training to do so in a satisfactory manner.

Job Summary and Responsibilities
Assist Landscape Design Team with all phases of the design process.

• Accompany designer to initial sales meetings
• Create base maps
• Start and revise designs based off direction from the designer
• Revisit client site to take additional pictures or measurements.
• Collect dimension takeoffs.
• Assist with other duties as they arise.

Assist Office Team

• Answer potential client phone calls
• Assist with social media presence
• File or fill out paperwork

Job Requirements
Ability to multi-task, stay organized with attention to detail.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Exposure to landscape design through classes or previous internships / work experience.

Knowledge of plant names and varieties is a plus

Knowledge of CAD or other landscape design software

• We will train on our specific software

Valid driver’s license, reliable car, and clean driving record.

Compensation and Benefits
Hourly pay starting at $20.00 or based on experience.

Can accommodate class schedule with part-time hours.

Room for advancement into full-time Landscape Design position.

Holidays off, no weekends.
