College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and/or 4+ years equivalent work experience. Process IT purchase orders and invoices.

You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. Ensure racks are fully stocked.

Answer calls, and schedule new and existing patients for dental treatment. Outbound calls to patients for confirming upcoming appointments.

In this role, you will be responsible for but not limited to, matching invoices to purchase orders, data entry and assisting in the process of Accounts Payable

Answer phones politely; book appointments. Greet all visitors in a cheerful and professional manner; offer them a drink! Wash, dry and fold towels.
