• High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience.
• Management experience preferred.
• Must have a friendly, patient-centered attitude. Must be a reliable team player who can work well under pressure.
• Must be able to multi-task efficiently, communicate professionally, and spotlight accountability.
