What you’ll do?
We are looking for a Junior Designer to assist our creative team in creating engaging designs according to requirements. You will work under the supervision of a Senior Designer to produce high-quality work.
In this role, you should be highly creative and have a sharp eye for details. If you’re passionate about design and eager to learn more, we’d like to meet you.
Your goal will be to create impactful designs that capture and promote our company’s offerings.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Effectively evaluate and manage time, resources and deadlines to produce desired products both individually and as part of a team.
• Willingness to make edits and refine designs until they’re perfect
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Ability to work under pressure in a very fast paced environment.
• Sign shop experience a strong plus: ability to work with pressure sensitive vinyls and knowledge of various substrates (MDO, Dibond, Coro, etc)
• Collaborate with team members to achieve goals
• Use feedback from other designers to improve

What you’ll have:

• At least 1 year of experience with Photoshop and Illustrator
• Teamwork Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of different file types (JPG, AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, TIF, etc)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Spring, TX 77379: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)
• Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Preferred)
• Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (Preferred)
