We are seeking a highly motivated IT Technician with 1-4 years of experience to join our team in Salt Lake City. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft SharePoint and Network Support, as well as experience providing technical support in a fast-paced environment. The role also includes working with Managed Service Provider(MSP) to troubleshoot and resolve any issues, and support for Cellphones and VOIP phones.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first- and second-level technical support for internal users
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Monitor and maintain the health of our SharePoint environment
• Collaborate with other teams to improve IT processes and procedures
• Participate in IT projects as needed
• Maintain IT Inventory across various Offices and locations
• Be able to Travel to different Offices
• Network Support, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall and Routing
• Works with MSP to fix any IT-related issues
• Provide support for Cellphones and VOIP phones

Requirements:

• 1 to 4 years’ experience in computer networking and systems maintenance
• 1to 4 years’ experience in current network operating systems
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
• Strong knowledge of Network Support technologies such as LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall and Routing
• Ability to work with Managed Service Provider (MSP)
• Familiarity with supporting Cellphones and VOIP phones
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Competency with administrating Azure Active Directory, Intune, Office 365, Meraki Systems Manager and/or other similar products
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Preferred)
