• Compensation: Up to $55,000 per year
• PTO: 10-days starting

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE

• Support the business by resetting passwords, configuring new equipment, troubleshooting issues, provisioning users, and more
• Manage IT inventory
• Document, manage, and resolve issues with the network
• Support the IT department through infrastructure upgrades

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE THIS ROLE

• Ability to troubleshoot and support Windows-based devices
• Great customer service and communication skills
• Interest and passion in IT, and personal growth
