Position Summary

Assists with the planning, development, and procurement of information technology products and services. Responsible for the implementation, support and maintenance of all information technology products and services. Ensures system availability, usability, and survivability. Administers IT guidelines, procedures, goals, and objectives. Develops IT services and solutions to effectively meet the future needs of clients and users. Ensures that IT services are seamless, transparent, and effectively delivered, and that problems are promptly resolved. Coordinates IT activities with other departments and stake holders. Provides technical support to users as needed, diagnoses and resolves problem tickets, and monitors applications, system security, backup, and virus protection.

Qualifications/Experience

• At least four years of related experience in IT Infrastructure.
• Proficient in PC hardware and software support.
• Proficient in systems hardware and software support.
• Working knowledge of systems integration and industry best practices
• Excellent oral and written communications abilities.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate all related hardware and software.
