IT Help Desk Technician
Compensation: $40,000-$45,000/year
Description
Warren County is looking for a proficient help desk technician with knowledge on working within a corporate domain system. The help desk technician will be responsible for providing technical assistance with computer systems, hardware, and software. As the help desk technician, you are responsible for responding to emails, tickets, phone calls, and offering support to customers using computer systems, hardware, and software.
To be a successful help desk technician, you should be well versed in all aspects of computer systems configuration, setup, and maintenance. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
