POSITION SUMMARY:

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to work with technical and non-technical people in order to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve problems as they present themselves. The ideal candidate will possess a good general knowledge and experience of Intel based computer systems (laptop, desktop and thin client) working either individually or as part of team and the ability to meet deadlines. Additionally the preferred candidate will possess an advanced configuration and troubleshooting skills for mobile devices, Win 10/7, MS Office 2019, 2016, 2013, and 2010., and advanced understanding of TCP/IP concepts and computer networking.

This is a full time position.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of help-desk/desktop support experience

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

• Configuration.
• Troubleshooting of Windows devices.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Excellent customer service skills.
