SUMMARY

The IT Engineer role is a key addition to the existing IT Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will execute and support the current and future network environment, including Routing and Switching, Network Security, Wide-Area-Networking, WIFI, and Remote Access capabilities. In addition, they will be responsible for maintaining standards and adhering to defined design principles of Network Engineering. They will participate in technical initiatives for company networking solutions including Public Cloud, SD-WAN, and localized WIFI

IT Network Engineer role does require travel. Local and additional geographic locations. Valid driver license.

SKILLS + ABILITIES

Excellent organizational and communication skills required

Must be detail oriented, a self-starter, dependable and highly motivated

Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Work and think well under pressure and can meet deadlines consistently

Possess a general working knowledge of architectural and construction processes

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and proficiency in or the ability to develop proficiency in property management software (Building Engines)

  • Ability to move at least 60 pounds
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Ability to stand on your feet for 8 hours
  • Ability to create concise reports
  • Collaboration skills to work with any team
