The Position:
Are you in search of a paid, hybrid remote, summer internship where you have the ability to dive into pricing models, analyze portfolio data, and make presentations to customers and senior leaders? Job Responsibilities:
The Database Engineering Intern will design self documenting databases to eliminate the need for manual spreadsheets. Work with Database Engineers to develop fields in databases to store data such as database owner, application, and other pertinent information regarding the database. Work to populate all this information across our inventory of databases. Develop stored procedures or powershell scripts to maintain this information. Develop reports to display and search this information. Research the possibility to integrate into servicenow CMDB.

Required Skills/Experience:
Familiarity with SQL Language. Programming basics to write sql stored procedures or powershell scripts.

Education:
  • Candidate pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar degree required.
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher required.
  • Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or Graduate Student
