This role will work cross-departmentally with an energetic and passionate team to identify IT enhancements and work diligently to design IT solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Communicating with stakeholders to understand their business needs
• Designing IT solutions and solving issues effectively
• Coordinating developers to build and implement technology solutions
• Integrating multiple systems and reconciling needs of different teams
• Gathering feedback from end users about system performance
• Planning and overseeing projects (upgrades, hardware/software installations)
• Maintaining robust system processes and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory bodies
• Reporting issues, advances made, and other important information to stakeholders
• Providing advice and technical training
• Keeping current with technology trends and developments

Experience, education, and skills needed for the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Information Technology or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in an IT-related position
• Skill in designing and implementing technical solutions
• Knowledge of industry best practices and experience with both hardware and software systems
• Project management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical mindset
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency
• Excellent collaboration skills

Preferred Experience:

• Using and integrating SaaS software
• Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and HubSpot experience
• Robotic Process Automation experience
• Privacy and Security experience
• Reporting tools experience – ideally Tableau or PowerBI

Physical Requirements*:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
