Overview:
In addition to Full-Time employment with our partner, this program provides NO COST skills-based training to highly motivated individuals with a foundation in software development. This training is tailored to the specific role and includes both technical and interpersonal components. This unique work-study opportunity differs from the typical job. Our solution, for those who are ready, will put you on the right personal, academic, and professional path while providing the necessary support and mentorship to help keep you there.

Candidate Profile:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • MUST be comfortable working with/developing applications
  • Availability to work full-time
Program Overview:
  • Phase 1 - Training (4 Weeks):
  • Classes and certification test preparation will be held Monday – Friday
  • Training will include:
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Technical Training and Certifications (as needed)
  • Phase 1 Compensation: $650/Week Stipend
  • Phase 2 - Full-Time Employment:
  • Full-Time work (38 hours/week) with a training component (2 hours/week)
  • Throughout the program you will receive continued support and individual mentorship to ensure your success.
  • Phase 2 Compensation:
  • $30.00/Hour (Plus Benefits after 90 days)
Position Description:
The Associate Software Engineer assists in the development, testing, and implementation of software solutions associated with the Sales module of Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities:
  • Assists with designing software solutions.
  • Writes code, tests and deploys software.
  • Prepares technical and procedural documentation required for software.
  • Maintains and debugs software.
  • Effectively communicates with team members, customers, partners and management.
  • Provides support including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • MUST have a solid foundation in Software Development
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics (Sales Module)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong teamwork skills

  • Full Time
Salary

  • Training: $650/Week
  • Full-Time: $30.00/Hour (plus benefits)
